Its characteristics are clear X-ray imaging and fast detection speed; The digital imaging part adopts high-quality digital flat panel detectors; A computer digital imaging software system developed specifically for LNG vehicle gas cylinders, which is currently one of the most technologically advanced and fully functional software systems in China; The mechanical tooling system adopts our company's technology and a flow-through assembly line design, which is powerful, highly reliable, and seamlessly connected with the customer's production line. The assembly line inspection greatly improves the inspection efficiency. Based on the characteristics of the material (stainless steel) of LNG vehicle gas cylinders, the system uses polyurethane material transfer rollers to avoid carbon pollution to the stainless steel material during transmission and detection.
