Precautions to be taken during the use of acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft labels
What should be noted during the use of AM acoustic magnetic anti-theft soft labels?
The EAS AM acoustic magnetic soft tag is composed of two or three wafers inside its structure. The bending, contact and demagnetization of metal sheets can all cause soft labels to lose their activity, resulting in undetectable labels.
The following points must be noted during the usage process
I. Matters needing Attention for Transportation and Storage:
I. During transportation, anti-magnetic measures should be taken. It is best to wrap it with metal film and avoid squeezing.
2. The storage time should not be too long. The labels will also gradually and naturally demagnetize during the storage process.
3. Soft labels should be stored away from the following locations: beside strong power sources, large electrical appliances in operation, and other magnetic objects to prevent demagnetization. Special reminder: Audio equipment has magnets. Whether it is in operation or not, it will demagnetize the label. In addition, there are magnets inside cash registers, demagnetizers, etc., to avoid storing them together with soft labels.
II. Precautions during Use
1. Soft labels should be affixed to goods on flat and dry surfaces, with no directional requirements.
2. Soft labels should not be affixed to devices such as electric motors, transformers, and speakers with constant magnetic fields to prevent the alternating magnetic field from fading the label's magnetism.
3. Keep the label straight. Do not fold it! Folding can cause the wafer to come into contact with or be damaged, resulting in the failure of the label.
4. When pasting, be careful not to apply excessive force. Excessive force can also cause the chip to come into contact with or be damaged, leading to failure.
5. Do not attach soft labels to areas of the product where important explanatory text is printed, such as product ingredients, usage instructions, warning statements, dimensions, barcodes, production dates, etc.
III. The magnetic weakening of soft labels can be strengthened to a limited extent by adding magnetism. Generally no more than once.
IV, Due to cost constraints, although some labels are cheap, their magnetic properties and service life are limited. Therefore, they should not be overly criticized. The detected width and service life of TYCO SENSORMATIC labels are both good.
