Instructions for dedicated keyboard keys

As shown in the following figure, it is the key distribution diagram of the dedicated keyboard

Key/Start Button: When the operator needs to turn on the security inspection equipment, first insert the key, turn the key clockwise to ON, then press the START start button. When the green indicator light of the equipment is on, it means that the equipment has been turned on. When the operator needs to turn off the security inspection equipment, turn the key counterclockwise to OFF, and the equipment will automatically shut down.

Emergency stop button: In the event of an emergency during the operation of the equipment, the operator presses the emergency stop button, causing the security inspection equipment conveyor belt to stop running and the X-ray source to be forcibly shut down.

Link indicator light: Function keyboard connection status indicator light, Link indicator light is on during normal operation

Work indicator light: Function keyboard work status indicator light. When the operator presses the function key, the Word indicator light lights up

Calibration function: When the device is first turned on, press the "Calibration" button to collect X-ray source energy data from the system

(Note: During calibration, ensure that there are no obstructions in the security inspection channel)

Super enhancement function: used to turn on/off the super enhanced image function, click once to activate the super enhancement function, with three-level super enhancement function

Gray/Color Display Mode Switching Function: Used to switch between image color display/black and white display modes. Click once to enter the gray display mode of the image, and click again to switch to color display mode.

Scanning function: For ultra-thin items that cannot trigger sensor scanning, press and hold the function key to enter ultra-thin mode

Object detection scanning function, release the function key to exit the ultra-thin object detection function.

Local enhancement: Turn on the local enhancement image function to enhance the image contour and contrast, with three-level local enhancement function.

Gray/color reversal display mode switching function: used to switch between black and white display/color reversal display modes of images. Click once to achieve the color reversal display mode of the image, and click again to exit the color reversal display mode

Forward rotation: used to control the forward rotation of the conveyor belt

Stop: Used to control the conveyor belt to stop rotating

Reverse: Used to control the conveyor belt to reverse

Esc: Exit button

Del: Delete button

OK: Confirm button

Rst: Restore image to default factory display effect

High penetration: high-energy penetration display mode, click once to activate the high-energy penetration image processing function, click again to exit the high-energy penetration image processing function

Low penetration: Low energy penetration display mode, click once to activate the low energy penetration image processing function, click again to exit the low energy penetration image processing function

Organic removal: Turn on or off the organic removal image function, click once to start the organic removal image processing function, the image will automatically remove organic matter, and the organic matter will be displayed in gray. Click again to exit the organic removal function

Inorganic removal: Turn on or off the inorganic removal image function, click once to start the inorganic removal image processing function, the image will automatically remove inorganic substances, and the inorganic substances will be displayed in gray. Click again to exit the inorganic substance removal function

Brightening: Increase the brightness of the image. Press this key to increase the brightness by one level. Press this key again to increase the brightness by two levels. Accumulate in sequence. Press the restore key to restore the default brightness

Dimming: Reduce the brightness of the image. Press this key to decrease the brightness by one level. Press this key again to increase the brightness by two levels, accumulating in sequence. Press the restore key to restore the default settings

Suspicious organic matter enhanced display function: The equivalent atomic number Zeff of explosives and drugs is relatively concentrated in the range [7, 9]. For dual energy security inspection equipment, when this function is turned on, only the area where the organic matter with the specified equivalent atomic number is located will be displayed with flashing.

TIP: After the TIP assessment function is enabled, the system automatically inserts dangerous goods images, and the operator discovers the insertion danger

When displaying images, press this button and the system will automatically record the number of times the operator discovers prohibited items.

Pull forward: Display the imaging image of the previous saved item

Image viewing: View the image records of scanned items

Pull back: Display the next saved item imaging image

Magnification: Image enlargement display

Shrinking: Image reduction display

Direction marker "up": move up

Direction marker "down": move downwards

Direction marker "left": Move to the left

Direction marker "right": Move to the right
